Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases made at bocetta.store, operated by Bocetta from Ciudad de México, Mexico. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Products
We describe and photograph our notebooks as accurately as we can. Because the paper is dyed and each notebook is assembled by hand, small variations in shade and finish are normal and are not defects. Colors can look different on different screens.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include taxes where stated. Shipping costs and any duties collected at checkout are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor in Mexico and the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
5. Team and corporate orders
Orders of 100 pieces or more are quoted separately and may have their own terms, agreed in writing.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Bocetta name, logo, photographs and texts on this site belong to Bocetta. If you send us work for our community archive, you keep ownership of it; we'll only publish it with your permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Privacy

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
