Shipping

Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it leaves.

Processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated delivery times

After dispatch, by express courier:

• Mexico: 1–3 business days
• United States and Canada: 2–5 business days
• Europe and the United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Asia, Oceania and the Middle East: 4–8 business days

These are estimates. Customs checks and local holidays can add time.

The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Mexico may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Unless they are shown and charged at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Bocetta notebooks are assembled in Italy, which can affect how some countries calculate duties. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering, or email us.

Where we ship

Mexico, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hola@bocetta.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
